Normal heart rate increases when you do some form of activity , in your case while you are walking or teaching your heart rate slightly increases. And that is normal.
Sometimes even anxiety can lead to an increased heart rate, you shouldn’t constantly keep checking your pulse for that very reason.
If you think there’s something wrong with your heart, please do consult for further details.
Next Steps
Check your heart rate when you are relaxed and resting.
