High pp blood sugar
My fasting blood sugar ranges 70 to 90 but my post pranadial blood sugar ranges from 300 to 350 is this cause to concern

Yes it is. You should consult a Diabetologist along with details of current medicines and get a fresh prescription with medicines targeting specifically the Pp sugar
