I have hoarseness in my voice, swelling in the neck ( for the last few months) and snoring (for the last 5 years) . I feel like something is stuck in my throat and therefore I feel the need to clear my throat every now and then. 10 years ago I was told that there is a phonatory gap and I was recommended speech therapy but left it within few months back then.
Have been smoking as well for the last 10 years.

Hi , looks like we need to recheck your vocal cord status. Some symptoms could be because of allergy or acid reflux. But with your history of a phonatory gap ,necks swelling and smoking it's warranted to get a laryngoscopy done. Please visit a laryngologist/ENT with voice expertise.
