Hi Docs,
I used to smoke around 6-7 cigarettes a day and some days when I am at home, I have not smoked once also.
But ever since I started working, it became habitual and I started smoking at least 4 or 5 cigarettes e everyday.
I've been having throat and health issues because of it and I find it hard to stop. I quit for a day or two and then go back to smoking 1 or 2 per day and the cycle repeats.
Should I start taking NRT or something in order to help me quit this?
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, as you understand the risks of smoking it is always wise to stop it asap and permanently.
However many medications are available apart from nrt.
Which can be used in tandem with nrt for efficient results .
