Exercise and walk have been proven to be of beneficial for quitting tobacco. it would be helpful if you can set a quit day, and let your family and friends know about that. Also keeping yourself occupied during this period will certainly help. In case you are unable to quit, seek professional assistance from a psychiatrist, in today's times counselling and effective nicotine replacement methods like patches or lozenges, and medication can be prescribed either alone or in combination to assist in quitting tobacco/nicotine.
