Hi,
I guess you want to gain weight rather than fat. Because as you know too much of fat can lead to number of health issues. Make sure to eat a lot of healthy "unprocessed foods" to your hearts content. Include either fish/lean meat/egg in each meal if you are a non vegetarian and dhals/sprouts/dairy products if you are a vegetarian. Adequate physical activity is a must as that could help you gain some muscles.
