How to feed outside milk for 17m girl?

Asked for Female, 17 Years

My daughter of 17m is not allowing me to give outside milk. Doctor suggest me to give outside milk and stop mother feeding. If I force her then she vomit the food what she had long back. I need a solution please do needful.
