The following lifestyle changes could help: - Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better. - Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Avoid/ Limit drinking coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to once a day - Exercise regularly (30-45 mins/day) - Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking if you have the habit - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation/tai-chi. - Avoid painkillers as it will increase your gastric problems at this moment.

Hi For weight loss you need to take a high protein low calorie diet plan. And for constipation you need to include fibre rich foods in your diet. I can just tell you few tips which may help you to some extent 1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily. As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat. _____________________________ But for proper result you need to follow a personalized diet plan. I suggest you - You should tell your problems to your Dietician so that she can resolve them or as you meet the other Dietician for assessment. DISCLAIMER : If u have any other medical issue then tips will change in that case.
