I have been dieting for 2 months and a half and thank god ... i reached the perfect weight .. this is the 3rd time i go on a diet because i couldnt keep my weight in the previous diets so pls may i know how do i get to keep my new weight without any regains .. paying attention to a the point of me wanting to eat .. u know
