Varicocele conformation depends on both ultrasonographic findings and symptoms of patient such as mild grade heaviness/ pain in scotum. Swelling of scrotum is also there which depends on position of patient, in standing position it is more and on lying down position/ early morning it is less. Your usg report is normal here so physical examination is must for confirmation of diagnosis. Please do visit to your surgeon if you have above symptoms.
