I got varicocele grade 1 which is painful in my left testicles is surgery a good option can do exercises after that or before that how is the succesrate of varicocele surgery can it be treated without surgery

See just go for conservative management it will resolve Pain will be there Go to medical Get a scrotal support Take Chymoral forte 3 times a day 2 tablets For 5 days Continue for at least 6 month If still persist Than will see

grade 1 can be treated conservatively but if it is symptomatic as you said you can proceed with surgery and reccurrence is less...Even without surgery if it doesnt harm you much u can manage without surgery with tablets which help in strengthening vessel wall but that doesnt cure it...

Usually grI varicocele is not clear cause of pain Also this grade is for conservative management Use scrotal support
