Hi, Avoid junk, processed, oily food as well as sweets completely. Have home cooked meals only with plenty of fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water; especially before meals. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Have calorie controlled meals. Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time. A healthy, well balanced diet, with proper proportions of macro nutrients, with some amount of physical activity and lots of dedication, can make any one achieve their desirable weight. Eat healthy as much as you can. Exercise daily, drink a lot of water, get adequate sleep. have a sleep wake cycle according to the nature. control craving. have a positive attitude towards slow weight loss which is more healthy. do not have heavy, oily fried food, avoid eating outside foods, do not be up till late, avoid mid night cravings. dont get demotivated by low results. even daily brisk walk for up to 45 mins can be considered as a simple exercise for a beginner to start a program for weight loss
