How to manage night shift healthyly
Hi doctor, Generally i am working on shift 5pm-2am I want to know when I have to eat food when I have to sleep. How i can manage this night shift effectively. Briefly advice because many of IT guys facing the facing issue . Kindly advice asap with brief advice.

People need 7-9 hr. Sleep recommend each day. After shifting u can take. Have healthy food readily available at home and at work. Take Main meal before going to shift. Keep ur own food to work. Eat small and frequent meal. Drink plenty of fluid. Reduce ur caffeine intake.
