Hi Seeds alone will not reduce your tummy.. You should be having well balanced diet containing low carbs, moderate plant proteins, low fat, high fiber, locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, double toned or toned cow's milk, almonds, walnuts, all variety seeds, sprouts, fermented foods, drink lukewarm lemon water without sugar on empty stomach upon rising, complex carbs, plenty of drinking water around 2 to 3 litres per day.. Coming to daily workouts both morning and evening such as brish walking for 45 mins both morning and evening, situps, taking steps up down, power yoga, playing sports, dancing etc.. Doing crunches daily especially for tummy are very beneficial.. Early dinner at 7 pm.. Have broken wheat upma with lots of vegetables..at dinner time.. Thankyou
Health Tips
omega 3 and 6 foods are helpful..high fiber foods, more water, drink lukewarm water with every meal for effective results, no sleeping immediately after any meal.. 2 hrs gap between dinner and night sleep is mandatory..
