How to remove whitehead from nose

I am suffering from whitehead for last 3 years i used all medicine but no use. I used daily baking soda to remove whitehead. Please help me how to remove permanently. All doctors asking photo but i cant able to take picture please understand my situation. If any cost chargeable i will pay your paytm or google pay id. Thank u
