I am at premanupasal stage and have gain
I am working woman and all day have to sit in office for long hours...I am 47 now and at premanupasal stage. My height is 5 ft 1 inches and weight is 63 kg...Have stored some fat around tummy and around arms. I have normal eating habits.. Doesn't eat much during day. Pls guide to reduce weight.

Hi You should  do morning weight chk  or yoga n start following the diets it really helps.

Get up from your seat and walk around fr 1-2 mins . Repeat this after every hour . Sip hot water with any herb infused in it . Try to add fibre and more protein in your diet . Walk atleast for an hour everyday . Chat directly if you want better guidance and results.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition

Hi there! Your weight should be between 58-59kgs as per your age and height. Sometimes you must be following diet correct as per your knowledge but a Nutritionist or dietician can guide and correct you in better way. Eat less is doesn't mean people dnt gain its body mechanism depending on body type. First you need to find oy how much body fat is present so based on that right action can be taken.
