I am gaining weight and obesity problem
I am gaining weight and facing obesity problem. When I was shifted Chennai, my weight was only 60 kg I.e.normal BMI . BUT after more than one year my weight indore than  65 kg. This is because of change in food and no physical work in office. Can you help me to reduce my weight prescribing some dose/diet ? What type of food would be needful for reducing weight or normalizing the belly?

Hello, weight gaining is not a normal but it can be change by taking modified diet. Take frequently diet and do exercise on daily basis .Outside food should be avoid, no fast food ,coldrings also avoided. And take high protein and high fibre diet. You can reduce your weight 2-3 kg in one month in healthy way.

Hi practo user as per your current information your good weight should be between 54-55 kgs so you have to lose good 8-9 kgs to fit into better life. Weight gain in your case can be due to you are travelling to new places. I hope losing weight with specific foods would have been possible but that not true.. losing weight with customized is the right & correct way which help you maintain weight for long term.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
