I can't sleep, mind wanders off.
I just can't sleep in the night, I don't have much stress or anything but I feel like my mind is racing through thoughts when I hot the bed. It takes 2-4 hours for me to sleep after hitting bed.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help. Sleeplessness is a quite common among working professionals now a day . Good that you don't have the stress. But as you mentioned, your racing thought is the cause for the sleeplessness. Before sleep, Mind needs some time to reconcile that particular days incidents, emotions etc. If you're having racing thoughts, it disturbs the rest and sleeping process. Have warm milk before sleep. Plan your dinner 2 to 3hrs before bed.
