I feel very tired and restless,

Hello Dear                   Sir/ma'am, >I am facing health problems like, I can't work properly because of suddenly I feel very tired and energy less.. therefore I need to take more rest. >I feel my head Weight and feel back side pain like 1-2kg weight always on my head.. >My both Nose maximum time remain block by cough or cold, I feel in forehead like nose area cold. Therefore I unable to take proper breathing by both nose... >And inside my throat feel cough/cold and blockage,.. >and I have also digestion problem.. But I can eaten properly.. >I have also attached my basic health test report please review it... Therefore I am kindly requested to you please provide me suggestions how way I got normal healthy lifestyle..
