I had hole in my ear drum due to slap
I have contact local ENT doctor on dat day they have given some antibiotics tablets after 3 weeks the hole is reduced still it has pain while yawning n chewing n it has some sound lik huzzz it will cure or it will remain the same

It will reduce as the hole in the ear drum heals.. Avoid pressure changes and water entry in the ear

Most traumatic tympanic membrane perforation heal by themselves if there’s no super-added infections.

Hole/perforation must have some infection in it so u r feeling pain. Better to see any ENT for size of hole and type and severity of infection. U need to start antibiotics and ear drops after that for atleast 5 days
