I have heavy periods, coccyx pain
What is hypoechoic mass in posterior wall of uterus of 18*19MM. Do i need any treatment for this? I have heavy period, Sever stomach pain in the interval of ten to fifteen days, Coccyx pain and leg pain. Is this related to the Fibroid?

Yes partly because of fibroid and also may be due to deficiency of vit D3 and B12.
