I have high RBC and Hemoglobin in month of May y haemoglobin was 17.5, RBC was 6.05 and HCt was 52.1 then in month of July haemoglobin is 17.2, RBC at 5.77 and HCT at 47.4. some day my diastolic blood pressure reach to 90's while y systolic remains 120-125. Should I be concerned? I have done my ECG and chest xray also everything is normal
