I have some cut marks on my foreskin
I have some cut marks on my foreskin of penis and I also have smegma problem. So due to cut marks I am not able to pull back my foreskin so smegma became stubborn and I feel so much pain when I pee.

Kindly visit a Urologist, since this seems to be a serious problem. You may be advised a circumcision, so be prepared for it.
