I'm 15 years old weight is 130 or over but not over 136 I've tried everhung to lose weight my self esteem is dropping every day I keep just gaining and not losing plz help me give me a plan or something plz to lose weight I want to be at least 110 or better yet 107 plz help me your my last hope.thank you
