I walk 10km everyday
My height is 174cm and my weight in 103kg.i want to shed extra weight, so I started walking. I walk 10km everyday. Will this help in weight loss. And I take around 1800 calories of food

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

First of all please stop counting calories. There is only one way of getting rid of extra fats my dear which is to eat healthy. Eat as much you want to eat of fresh fruits, green leafy/non leafy vegetables, pulses, legumes. What I've seen is usually this self experimenting results in loss of muscle mass and health deterioration. Do not seld experiment dear. Take nuts, milk and milk products in moderation. Eat healthy fats and sugar least. Coming to walking, it helps in maintaining the weight. Their are other workouts like body weight training, cardio which will help better even if done for less time. Get a balanced diet planned by a qualified dietician and start. You will loose weight and gain mass.

Only walk is not going to help. You need to accompany it with a high fibre diet too.

have some fruits before walk and a glass of skimmed milk after walk. also have a plate full of salads before lunch and dinner.
