Hi, Avoid eating outside food completely. Also avoid oily food and sweets. Drink plenty of water, especially before meals. Have calorie controlled healthy meals. For muscle gain, you need to increase your protein consumption and exercise regularly. To know exactly how much you need, I will need other details about you. So you can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan Regards

Hello practo user .Before prescribing the diet here it is very important for me to know that how much physical activity you are doing.if you have joined gym and doing weight training or muscle building than definitely it should be 2 gm per kg as per the ideal body weight and if you are doing normal physical activity of 30 min than 1.2 gm is ok
Next Steps
