You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for  customized diet plan for you.

Increased weight is nothing but stored fat energy in the body. To reduce it you need to do 2 things - reduce supply and increase usage of fat energy. This you can do by reducing intake of food that converts to fat like one's containing sugar, oil, salt and maida. Increase physical activity, do 30 mins of brisk walk, light exercise daily.
