What should be done in case of dormant impacted canine. It has been more than two years and the teeth hasn't moved a bit. Considering my case, permanent extraction of the impacted canine may result in sinus. What is the best possible treatment i should undergo. Please suggest?

Your canine is not in sinus. Extraction is the possible treatment in your case by oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Consult to a oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
