Infection inside skin of Penis
Good Afternoon Sir, I am having infection on my Penis from last 7 years. I got treated and consult many times to doctors and dermatologist but still having no proper treatment. Infection occurred again and again on same place. Also, no pain no itching on that particular area. I am little worried. Kindly note I don't have diabetes and Thyroid problems I got my full body check up and not found any health issues. Kindly suggest and give treatment. Please find attached pics of infected and area and recent doctor treatment. Thank you

IF this has been for 7 years and has not resolved with proper local treatments like ointments and tablets may I suggest to proceed with a surgical removal of the skin!. Circumcision is a simple option and better than all the fancy ointments available.. if at all you can go for preputioplasty which can preserve part of the prepuce atleast but I recommend a proper conventional circumcision for you
Next Steps
consult a plastic surgeon, urologist, general surgeon
Health Tips
prepuce skin is a very delicate skin it cannot tolerate too many ointments and local treatments.. if this is a persistent problem, circumcision is the best option

Note, there are female doctors here too So it's better to start a message with  gender neutral phrases like good afternoon doctor It seems there is some glitch in the app as the infected area photo is not uploaded In such long standing cases a biopsy is highly advisable

persistent genital infections may require a consultation with a dermatologist. Ensure you communicate openly about your medical history, share images, and consider additional tests to determine the cause. It's essential to seek professional medical advice for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
