Intermittent fasting (IF)
Is IF good to follow for weight loss or general health? It's easy for me to not overeat in a day if I do IF, because I just have to be alert about food for 6-8 hours a day. Otherwise it's exhausting to control food quality and quantity for 16-17 hours a day.

It does not specify anything about the type of foods consume but restrict time of eating and fasting The most common pattern of intermittent fasting that 16/8 , where people eat for 8 hours and then fast 16 hours.
