Irrational fear of alcohol

Asked for Female, 19 Years

My sister is suffering from Methyphobia (fear of alcohol). She is a student of psychology herself and tried self treatment but that hasn't worked out well. I can't find any specialist for the same anywhere. So, how should we go about her treatment?
