Hey, Please Tell me about low fodmap Diet I  barely digest anything which later on ends up to taking me into toilet I've been suffering since 4-5 years maybe So I still not know about the triggered foods Help me if it's available moving doctor to doctor not  gonna fix  it  I've had several tests all was clear with no disease shown Also suffering from Anxiety & Depression I also heard that This is lifelong condition can only be manage by lifestyle and diet changes Thanks! Help Asap.

Avoid acidic food products, spices, , alcohol, canned,preserved, packaged food etc. Avoid lie down immediately having the lunch and dinner Avoid tight fitting cloths

Need more information about your daily routine , your food habits, medical history, Celiac diseases blood test report and BMI. Avoid Green Salad instead have vegetables in well cooked form. Have soft fruits like Peeled apple, banana etc. Avoid milk instead have milk products. Follow curd based diet. Maintain meal gap don’t skip your meal. Keep your body hydrated drink 4 litres water in a day.
