Is Dental Filling the right solution?
Attaching an X-ray of my side left lower tooth. The doctor who took it also suggested Dental Filling for this. But I also have pain in it. I wanted to know if it looks completely treatable with permanent filling or not.

Its borderline case it may be treated by filling or rct! It depends how your body responds to it First step is removal of decay, at that very point it can be decided if filling or rct Usually a temporary filling is placed and if pain subsides, it is replaced by permanent else its going for RCT
Next Steps
Dont wait up, its time sensitive issue

Hi the x-ray clearly shows the decay is deep and it's very closer to the pulp chamber of the tooth it's better you go for root canal treatment for permanent solution.

Hi ,carious lesion is near to pulp horn so first go with the temporary filling with dical base n keep it on observation for 21 days if pain goes off then go for Permanand filling of laser/GIC...according to yr budget.if pain persists then it mean pulp(tooth nerve)is effected then RCT is compulsory with crowning bcz it’s masticatory tooth it may fracture without crown later on.
Next Steps
Personal visualisation is necessary....
Health Tips
Always take care of dietary habits specially sweets (prone to caries) n try to come early in touch of dentist (as u r in advanced stage)...
