Having severe jock itch near groin area and stomach area... used itch guard ointment and it dries out, now again itching started, how can it be cured ?

Severe jock itch in the groin and stomach area is often caused by a fungal infection. Itch Guard provides temporary relief but may not be sufficient for severe cases.
