Kidney stone
Kidneys: Mild right sided hydronephrosis. A 3.4*2.7 mm calculus (+150 HU) noted in left middle calyx.Mild right sided perinephric fat stranding & peripelvic fluid noted. Delayed  contrast excretion noted on right side. Right kidney -9.5 cm, left kidney -9.6 cm ( CC length). Ureters:Right ureters is dilated with a calculus (+400 HU) 5*3 mm noted st right vesico- ureteric junction. Is this curable without surgery or Surgery is inevitable. Plz advise urgently.

Medical management can be tried. If pain perisists then surgery can be done
