Hi Barley water and Kulth dal water helps in dissolving and flushing out kidney stone . Avoid spinach, nuts , strawberries, meat, chicken, tea , chocolate and green leafy vegetables. Excessive water consumption helps in removing stones

Gud afternoon I would recommend you to follow a healthy life style routine with dietary changes for better result. Try to avoid high intake of iron n calcium rich foods, yoga will help a lot along with proper water intake.
