I have 2 piles and one fissure since 2 years...so i have tretment for that named ksharsutra by ayurved doctor.I had got recovered with that but after one month i am again feeling pain after constipation but no bleeding is there...so is it possible that again i got fissure or piles..should i immediately go to the doctor..

Hello. The root cause of fissure and piles is constipation due to which the patient often has hard stool and has to apply pressure to relieve him/herself .If constipation is not treated , fissure recurs . You should apply coconut oil as a soothing agent and take a stool softner like Haritaki Choorna ( 1 tsf) in night with warm water. You should re consult to your doctor, mostly piles not reappear on same site after sharsutra procedure
Try to remove constipation
Take sitzed bath atleast twice a day
Apply jatayadi tail before evacuation
Eat rouhage in your diet
Drink plenty of water
Do yoga n exercise
Recheckup will help.But the basic issue is to correct the constipation by having fibre food, exercise, adequate water,eating seasonal fruits etc.Make a practice of going to latrine daily.Dont strain too much for bowel evacuation.Get dinacharya guidance for prevention.
