I am planning to take "Lacarnit" (Levo-carnitine 1gm/5ml )IV Injection with only intent for Fat loss. I work out daily, I am 70 Kg. Can you please suggest what & how should be the doses. Should I take it daily or once/twice a week? For how long?

I think it's better to avoid any medicine or injection to reduce weight. These medicines have many side effects. Might be possible you may suffer. You just mentioned your weight but didn't mentioned your height here. What's your BMI is must to know to calculate you IBW (Ideal body weight) to observe are you overweight or not. If you are overweight then how much weight you have to reduce.

take proper balanced diet take 3- 4 ltrs of water regularly. don't take water in between eating food and immediately after your meal take a 15 to 20 minutes of break then take water and that should be slowly. walk 15 minutes after every meals that will help you to reduce weight. take salad before your main foods.
