L4L5 & L5S1 problem
1- central disc bulge with annular tear is seen L5-S1 level indenting anterior thecal sac effacing bilateral lateral recesses & compressing bilateral neural foramina. AAP canal diameter - 1.2cm. 2- diffuse disc bulge with annular tear is seen L4-5 level indenting anterior thecal sac effacing bilateral lateral recesses & compressing bilateral neural foramina. AAP canal diameter - 1.3cm.

You have not said anything about your problem - what actually you are experiencing. Disc bulge if be mild may not cause any symptoms. If you are having back pain or leg pain (Sciatica), then you need to take a few days rest, avoid bending, avoid lifting weights, some anelgesics. If pain still persists then consult a Neurospine specialist.
