I am eight weeks pregnant but I lack appetite. I do not have any cravings and I am worried that my baby may not get the necessary nutrients to grow. I take one folic acid pill daily however i was thinking of switching to pregnacare instead since it contains folic acid and other necessary nutrients. What do you suggest doctor?

Since you are in first trimester so overall calorie requirements are not much high therefore don't worry about baby's growth but at the same time make sure that whatever you are eating it should be well balanced and nutrient dense (not just calorie dense (
Secondly cravings doesnt happen in each amd every pregnancy so just relax :)
