Good Evening my dear It is indeed quite challenging to experience these symptoms especially, when you are also simultaneously experiencing teenage mood swings and hormonal changes. Having said that, these symptoms, are they usual or recent? Are they triggered by any setback that you've recently experienced at school, peers, close friend/s or family? I can help you with more detail and would not like to answer random conditions, without knowing your situation and history associated with it.
Next Steps
connect to talk, and remember all emotions are okay, what you need to do is navigate through the reaction that you give to these emotions.
Health Tips
whatever causes/caused these symptoms, don't let it fester inside you, however random it may be.

Working with a therapist can help you explore ways to improve sleep, boost energy, and regain focus, while addressing the root causes of these feelings. I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. Here are some insights and suggestions that might help: 1. Breathlessness and Low Energy Could be stress-related. Fatigue drains energy. You should consider consulting a psychologist. 2. Pungent Smell in Hands This could sometimes be due to heightened anxiety, where our senses and perceptions can seem altered. But, it might also be worth checking with a doctor to rule out any metabolic causes, like vitamin deficiencies or thyroid issues. 3. Disrupted Sleep and Tiredness Poor sleep can make us wake up feeling drained and affect our mood and focus throughout the day. A proper bedtime routine, with calming activities like reading or meditation, can help stabilize this. 4. Loss of Interest and Appetite Feeling detached from things you once enjoyed and a lack of appetite are both common signs of depression or burnout. If this persists, talking to a psychologist for guidance. Feel free to reach out to me, I’m here to help you work through this and support you in finding some relief

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these symptoms. It sounds like you might be dealing with a combination of physical and mental health challenges that are significantly affecting your daily life and well-being. Breathlessness, a pungent smell in your hands, and difficulty focusing on your studies could indicate an underlying health issue that may require medical attention. The disrupted sleep, loss of interest in activities, changes in appetite, and persistent fatigue suggest that you might be grappling with stress, anxiety, or depression. It is essential to seek support from a healthcare professional who can evaluate your symptoms and provide appropriate guidance. In the meantime, try to prioritize self-care, ensuring you rest, stay hydrated, and engage in activities that bring you comfort or joy, even if they are small. You don't have to go through this alone; reaching out to friends, family, or a counselor can also be beneficial.
