Late night sleep
I always used to sleep late due to competitive exams...and a month before exams I slept at 4-5am at night...is it bad for heart?..i had lot of acidity after that exam...i sleep at 12-12:30 at present...is it ok for overall health?...

Nights r made to sleep by nature. During night many hormones r secreted in the body(melatonin, 5ht etc) which is required for growth. Not sleeping of course hampers growth n rest which is not good for health.
