The ECG appears to be normal.pain could be nonspecific or something else.As you have the pain for the last 3 years, better consult with a internist in your area.

Chest pain from heart you can feel,but cannot say from left side,right side .
If you have localised pain then it is not from heart.
Consult for physical examination,maybe pain from joints, GERD etc
