I have taken combiflem tablet and used volini spray as per general physician near my home. Pain is little bit reduced but not completely.

The reason for left shoulder pain can be primary or secondary. which means we need to check the source of pain that is pure shoulder pain or radiating from neck to rule our cervical spine pathology.
Treatment depends purely on the source of pain to get fast and longer relief.
