Leg pain above ankle inside leg
I have pain in my leg after running or jumping. It usually appears above my ankle and below the knee.I used to do hiit exercises which was very intense and involved lot if jumping. I stopped it because I would get thi pain and sometimes it was so worse that I could feel it climbing up a d down the stairs. My gym trainer said its a muscle knot that's causing the pain. Please let me know if this is a serious problem abd requires medical attention. I stated running a week back back and now after a week I feel tge pain again in the same area. When googled, it said its due to tendon inflammation in the posterior tibialis.
