Lemon water honey and soaked almond
I have lemon water with honey in the morning as i wake up. Along with that i also have overnight soaked almond. Should there be a gap between having them? Or is it ok to have it together? I am trying to loose weight.

Hi. Avoid honey, take plain lemon water with mint leaves or green saunf. You can eat the almonds with breakfast, avoid eating food at frequent intervals. Stick to 3 meals a day with one simple snack.

Hi, Honey is sweet by nature so if you are trying to lose weight then have only half a spoon. Also soaked Almonds can be had in 15-20 mins. so that the absorption of lemon and honey is not affected.
