Lipoma behind ear
I have these small lump behind my ear for many years but today it start paining why? It look like lipoma

Common causes for. Swelling behind the ear are dermoid cyst, lipoma, sabaceous cyst and lymph node. Diagnosis can be done by clinical examination and fine needle aspiration cytology. Usually pain indicates infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers for few days
