Hi, I'm in keto diet for the last 4 months. Before starting the keto diet my weight was 160kg. Now, I'm at 125kg. I'm thinking of going for liposuction. I want to know if I can take liposuction treatment while still being in keto diet or should I stop keto diet before going to liposuction. Thanks in advance.

Dear user, liposuction will only reduce you in inches and will have less effect or not much effect on weight and health, i would suggest you to go for a weight loss diet, or go for intermittent fasting, For more information and help, please contact for direct consultation.

Hello,
Liposuction or keto both should not be considered as fat loss option in first place. You need a holistic diet chart to mange your health
Also I would strictly recommend you to go though series of some tests before taking up any diets.
Consult me online for the detailed diet chart.
