I'm 29yr old of 82kgs weight and 162cms height. I wanted to loose minimum possible weight before joing gym and cardio... Supplements are preferable due to me being a working professional...pls advise

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still gaining weight then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fluids whole day. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
