There is a little swelling and pain in left nose for last 2 days. Please suggest the medication. I am a diabetic with high blood pressure. Now the sugar level is normal

You might be suffering acute infection of the hair follicles in your nose known as nasal furuncle. It may progress very rapidly in diabetic and needs to be treated aggressively. You may need to take a course of antibiotics
